General Information: All show exhibitors must be pre-registered. You must complete this registration form and return it with the applicable payment with checks made payable to Fusco Auctions. You can mail completed forms to: Fusco Auctions P.O. Box 53 Willoughby Ohio 44096. You can also make arrangements to pay for your space via credit card over the phone @ 440-975-8938 and then fax in your registration to fax # 440-975-0163. Two (2) dealer badges will be issued for each table space rented. Corporate sponsors will be issued up to (10) badges upon request. Your company name or dealer name (as filled out on the registration form) will be used and listed in a show brochure. Badges can be picked up during set up. Hotel accommodations have been secured at reduced rates with the Holiday Inn Select for show dealers @ $79.00 per night. There is also a Red Roof Inn near by should you desire less expensive accommodations. Please return this registration form no later than Jan. 31st, 2011 to guarantee your pre-assigned space. Dealers returning the registration form after that date may be moved from your pre-assigned space. Full send payment in full with your registration. You may deduct 10% from your space rent if this registration form is submitted and paid in full for prior to Jan.31^st 2011.
